Improving Health and finding Healthy Weight Loss

America spends TRILLIONS yet keeps getting sicker and this was thrust upon our own lives, seemingly unexpectedly.  Healthy Living, Healthy Weight, is Common Sense and Balanced Living.  If you want to lose weight by regaining health, we would be privileged to help. You might be thinking that this is not an easy task, or you’ve tried it before and it didn’t work, and we understand. But we define weight loss by health gain, so achieving a healthy weight is well within your reach as we have experienced ourselves. Our job is to show you how by providing you with all the inspiration, education, resources and practical advice that you need.

Losing weight does not mean that you have to foregoe all your favorite foods – just modification. As we personally continue our efforts to maintain our new weight and health, we understand the pitfalls and hurdles, and have practical methods to help you achieve your goals.

Rex says: After being stunned by a cancer diagnosis at age 44, I changed the way I ate in order to get healthy by eating fresh foods to balance my pH, and I’ve lost 50 pounds (245# to 195#). My lab work is now normal requiring no medications. I didn’t count calories, carbs (fresh and LIVE foods – not processed) or fat grams, and I didn’t even care about portion control. My weight loss has been remarkably steady even as I branched out with occasional indulgences. When I focused on HEALTH GAIN, I found my WEIGHT LOSS. I found I had gotten that way through eating convenience foods and CONVENIENCE COMES AT A PRICE.

Lisa says: I had been a size 16 and was struggling to maintain a size 8-10 even though I had just trained for and run a half-marathon. Once I began eating Rex’s nutritionally dense food concentrating on alkalizing my body, the weight melted off. I consider myself a FORMER chocoholic who doesn’t even crave sweets at all anymore. I am now a comfortable size 6 and never worry with counting calories, fat grams or anything but the pounds that are GONE. I never thought I’d look like this again after 3 kids.

The latest scientific studies show that nutrient-rich foods provide the greatest amount of nutrients to meet your body’s needs without exceeding your caloric goals - the ideal formula for health and healthy weight loss. When you balance your body’s pH and get your body chemically in balance the way it was designed to function, we’ve found the body will respond in amazing ways.

Unlike traditional diets (Rex asks “what are the first 3 letters in DIET?”), which just focus on consuming low-calorie foods, we focus on alkalizing foods that are nutrient-rich and a truly balanced lifestyle. We’ve found the more nutrient dense food you eat, the more your body is satisfied, and your appetite normalizes. It’s all about BALANCE, caring for your body the way it was designed to function, and not just that, but to THRIVE.

This is not a fad or gimmick but a common sense approach to health through a balance in hydration, nutrition, physical activity, and mental perception that is COMMON SENSE based by tailoring these to individual lifestyles to make it work. Most programs are generic and don’t take into account individual preferences which is one of the biggest pitfalls.

Rex says,”I didn’t know how bad I felt before, until I felt better. Why wouldn’t you want to feel better? What’s holding you back?”
